Strength & Fitness Training


Get strong both mentally and physically! During your private sessions you will be taught how to have balance and sustainability in your workouts and your life habits. You will learn how to safely life weights and make the most efficient use of your time to gain strength.

Scheduling 
Private sessions are available seven days a week.  Once you have signed up, you will be contacted by our personal trainer to set up a time(s) that works best.  
We require 12 hour notice of cancellation
One-on-One Sessions
60 min - $90/session

Coach Lee has continued to maintain a high level of fitness well into his forties. He has been able to achieve this while holding a high stress career as a broker/trader and being a family man. He has used fitness to overcome many obstacles in his life, such as stress, asthma, a major accident, sports injuries and a debilitating back (diagnosed as needing surgery).

He believes in building a sustainable healthy lifestyle, balance, legacy, efficiency and high performance. Lee is an avid mountain biker, skier, foodie, swimmer, yogi, weightlifter and extreme motor sports hobbyist.

Lee is a graduate of Michigan State University, holds a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer certification, USA Track & Field's Level 1 Coach and a Precision Nutrition certification. He has a life long learning mentality. He continually researches fitness, health and movement.
