Coach Amaryah has been swimming for as long as she can remember. No matter what state she was living in, swimming has been a consistent presence in her life; from the YMCA,
the Hamilton Southeastern Swim Club in Indiana, the Hinsdale Central Swim Club, WEST Swim Club, FMC Swim Club, to swimming in high school for both Benet and Hinsdale Central, Coach Amaryah has always had something to improve upon and something new to learn.

After over a decade of swimming competitively, of calling the water a home away from home, Coach Amaryah took a break when she started college, only to return to Superior Training when she decided that she wanted to teach and coach children on how to swim. Her goal is to teach children how to be comfortable with themselves in the water and to be able to swim proficiently.

Coach Emma started swimming when she was 8 years old. Coach Emma did club swimming for Joliet YMCA Jets, Joliet Park District Blue Tides and swam for her high school, Joliet West. In addition to swimming, Coach Emma loves softball and watching baseball-her and my family are big Cubs fans! In her spare time, Coach Emma enjoys reading, going to the movies with friends and going to concerts. Prior to Superior Training, Coach Emma used to be a swim instructor at Goldfish where she found her love for teaching swimming lessons. As a 2024 graduate of SIU Coach Emma still feels a strong passion for teaching swim lessons and looks forward to reaching as many new swimmers as possible. Coach Emma joined Superior Training in the fall of 2024.

Kyle enjoys working with children and teaching the younger generation how to swim and develop proper stroke techniques in all strokes. Kyle’s positive energy keeps children enjoying the water and motivated to succeed.

Coach Sara has been teaching swim lessons since 2013 and has experience with teaching lessons to children aged 6 months to 14 years as well as assistant coaching for both middle and high school.
Coming from a competitive swimming background, she has swum for her high school in Colorado, USA Club in Colorado, D3 at Carthage College, and club at Colorado State. She loves working with children and holds a Bachelors in Human Development and a master's in early childhood education.
Her favorite part of teaching swim lessons is the "aha" moment for a skill that a student has been stuck on for what feels like forever. Seeing the joy that they feel from finally nailing it makes all of the hard work even more rewarding! When she isn't in the pool, Sara enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. Coach Sarah joined the Superior Training team in the fall of 2024.

Coach Tomas has been swimming since he was 5. He was taught at a young age and continued by joining cub scouts, and eventually continuing to Boy Scouts, where I earned multiple water safety and water rescue merit badges as well as getting CPR certified. Tomas also spent time teaching children, working as a live-in nanny for a family of three for 2 years! During this time Tomas also taught the children to swim. Nowadays, I just love swimming for fun, and teaching is my passion. Tomas is currently going to school to become a music education teacher!

Coach Cam started swimming with West Swim Club when she was 8 years old and have not stopped since! Cam has represented West Swim Club, FMC Aquatic, and Rise Aquatic Club. Cam decided to start teaching swimming lessons because she enjoys swimming and helping out the younger generations with something that she enjoy doing so much! Cam joined Superior Training's lessons team in December of 2023.

Coach Sarah started swimming at 6 years old with her first team, Lockport Homer Swim Club. While she swam with LHSC, she quickly learned that she was a sprinter and the two events she loved the most were the 50 free and backstroke.
At the age of 10 Sarah made the switch to swim for POSA (Palos Orland Swim Association) for about 2 years. Coach Sarah then moved to her final club team, Lemont Park District. While there, Coach Sarah had perfected her 2 main events and qualified for state and regionals many times, as well as becoming a team record holder. During her time as a competitive swimmer, Coach Sarah also helped coach her younger teammates.
After swimming for LPD, Coach Sarah chose to show her school spirit and represented Lemont High School as a member of the swim team. During this time, she started teaching swim lessons at the age of 15. Teaching swim lessons to little kids was such a fun job to me. Coach Sarah has carried that joy wither her and loves seeing young swimmers faces when they have finally mastered a skill or are able to face their fears of trying something new.
Coach Sarah always looks forward going coming to work because she knows that even if she is having a bad day, teaching the little ones always cheers her up. Coach Sarah joined Superior Training in the fall of 2024.
