Trying Fluid Running for the first time at Superior Training? Here's what you need to know!
Who are these classes for?
Athletes of all levels, non-athletes, people recovering from injury, wanting to lose weight, reduce chronic pain and those looking for a fun way to stay heathy!
NOTE You do NOT even need to know how to swim!
What do I need to know?
Please come about 15 minutes early your first time and introduce yourself to the instructor who will go over in more detail what the class will be doing and will see that you are all set.
What do I bring?
Your swim suit, a towel and a water bottle.
PLEASE note street shoes are not allowed on the deck.
What can I expect at class?
Class starts with a warm-up "run" to music and then gradually works to higher intensities. The intensity is totally up to you at all times. Work as hard as you desire and are able at that moment.
There is a short break near the middle and guided stretching at the end.
