Once a family is registered for a lesson spot, that space will remain theirs until they provide a two week notice that they wish to discontinue the lessons. Families may choose to register for multiple days/week with the same recurring policy. All registrations are asked to start within two weeks of the registration date.

Group Lesson make up policy
Superior Training Group Lessons (3:1) offers one free make-up lesson per month, per class registration. Students have one month from the missed class to make up the lesson. To be eligible for a makeup lesson we require 24 hour advanced notice of the missed class which can be submitted by phone, email, or parent portal single class absence form. Makeup lessons can be scheduled no more than two weeks in advance. Makeup lessons can be scheduled by calling the facility at 630-568-3254 or by emailing [email protected] and are scheduled by availability.
Lesson cancellation policy
Superior Training requires a two week notice for students who wish to cancel their lessons. Notice can be given by calling the office at 530-568-3254 or by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees.
transfers and account holds
Students enrolled in Group Swim Lessons can be transferred to a different day and time if space allows with no additional fees. Families must call the office to make the transfers in their account. All transfers must be done within two weeks of the intended start date.
Accounts cannot be placed on hold due to the recurring structure of swim lessons. Students who need to take a leave of absence can hold their spot by continuing to pay for the missed classes or my unenrolling in the program and re-enrolling when schedules allow. Superior Training cannot guarantee the same spot will be available upon your student's return but will work with you to find another spot in our program that works with your schedule.
